I had a positive experience with my driving from start to finish, and with Phil at LEAP. Everything was professional and planned out for each lesson specifically for what I needed to work on. I was nervous to start driving but as soon as I did start I lost the feeling of nervousness. Phil made sure that I knew exactly what I was doing in the car, and that meant there was no reason to be nervous. If there was a point that I was struggling with an aspect of my driving during a lesson there was no issue with being able to ask Phil for help and he would explain exactly what to do and how to do it, even if it was the simplest of things.
I love the fact that throughout my driving it was as if the lesson times worked around me and my schedule. I had my regular time and so did other people, but if I couldn’t do that then it was so easy to contact Phil and change to another day or time, instead of missing out on a week of driving. Every lesson was explained before we started driving so I had in my mind what we would be getting out of each lesson, and each lesson was unique to me. Nothing was rushed and everything was perfected before moving on, but nothing was dragged out for too long, the timing and the way each element was taught to me was perfect, if we had to go over it again we’d go over it again, but if we didn’t we would move on and that skill would be being used throughout general driving and strengthened further. It was because of the way Phil taught, the way he explained everything, the techniques he told me to use and the perfect amount of time that we spent on each element which made my experience not too long, if it hadn’t been for these factors then my overall experience would’ve been much longer and more money spent when we could’ve achieved the same result in less time. I now feel fully confident on the roads thanks to Phil.
